Boil the potatoes and remove skin and mash the potatoes
In a kadai add oil and temper mustard seeds, urad dal and add green chilli and onions
Saute till onions are soft and add turmeric powder
Then add mashed potatoes
Add salt and water
Mix the besan flour in water to make paste and add it.
Also add lemon juice
Cook for 10 minutes
Tasty hotel style poori masala is ready
